About Gifting
Fortnite allows you to send store products that are purchasable with V-Bucks as a “gift” to those you have added as friends for more than 48hs. Using this, we sell such products to our customers. The only requirements are as stated by Fortnite: Be friends with the accounts for more than 48hs. To supply the large amount of customers we have, we have added a lot of accounts to our website. Each one has a limited amount of V-Bucks and gifts (5 per day). To simplify the process of adding and accepting the account, so that the customer does not have to manually add and accept dozens of accounts, we created a system where they link their account using an auth. code to our website and we take care of it.
How does the account linking work?
When logged into the Epic Games website, you click on the “view code” button which will open a new tab. You must copy the complete code, paste it in the indicated space and click on “add”. That's all, the web will take care of adding and accepting the accounts.
What are you going to do with my account?
Nothing, we can't do anything. The only function the system has is to add the gift accounts we have in our platform and auto-accept the requests. The alternative is to add and accept almost 100 accounts by hand.
How long does it take for my purchase to arrive?
Delivery is AUTOMATIC. If it was not sent, it is for one of these reasons: 1. Wrong user: misspelled, user of some platform like XBOX or PSN instead of Fortnite, wrong account. 2. 48hs have not passed, either because you did not add them or the time has not passed. 3. Private account, does not accept to receive gifts. 4. Error on the website. In this order of probability. 95% is point 1 or 2, check this before anything else.
I already purchased and realized that I didn't have the accounts added, what happens to my money? Can I refund the purchase?
We recommend that you add the accounts and wait 48 hours. After that time, open another ticket and mention to the staff indicating your order number (https://vbucks.ar/orders). If the skin is no longer in the store, you will have credit for another purchase. The credit works as follows: if you bought a skin of 1000 VBs and it is no longer in the store, let us know and we will send you another of the same value. If you want something of more value, let us know and we will send you the payment link for the difference. If you want a refund you can also do it but it takes 5 to 10 working days. It is advisable to wait 48hs, but it is possible to refund.
What are the bot accounts?
We've developed a system using official Fortnite API that allows us to send skins as gifts automatically (read Gifting / Regalos for more information) We've a bunch of accounts linked to our website, each with V-Bucks and 5 daily gifts. Fortnite has a rule: you must be friends for 48hs to be able to send / receive a gift.
How can i add them?
1. Link your account: on https://vbucks.ar/bot you can link your Epic Games account using an Auth. Code. This code will add every account we've linked for gifting, accept them for you and every time we add a new one, it'll do the same work automatically. We DO NOT get access to your account, the auth. code can ONLY add and accept friend requests from the bot accounts. In order to do it, you must be logged in the www.epicgames.com website and follow the video steps. 2. Put your username: on https://vbucks.ar/bot you've a slot to put your username. Our gift accounts (which can go from 30 up to 100) will send a friend request. You have to accept them. And you have to do this every time we must add a new one. The more you have, the more chance you've to get your gift on time. 3. Manually adding them: ask our staff on a ticket and they'll share the bot usernames so you manually send a request
